Barstool

  • The hand carved seat and gentle curves of these barstools give an easy and comfortable sitting experience that a lot of flat top stools don’t. With a large splay of the legs giving a lot of stability and support. Overall these barstools encourage a more effortless straight posture.

A 3 legged version is also coming to fruition as I experiment with the different leg angles to give the right grounding.

Also in the works are some barstools with backs, contact if interested

Perch

  • A Perch is one of the most ergonomic stools. The seat is tilted downwards and carved at the front allowing the feet to sit flat on the floor, with a slight amount of weight on the legs, giving the posture the opportunity to stay straight with ease. It is perfect for being perched at a desk or table.

All stools are finished with Osmo Timber Oils.

Good for both humans and wood. Osmo finishes are based on natural oils and waxes. The oil penetrates into the wood surface, protecting the wood from deep within. The waxes form an elastic, micro porous surface which protects the wood from moisture and abrasion. The wood remains naturally beautiful, protected and durable.
